I've been spending the past couple weeks learning how to use Alias Poweranimator. The software is pretty ancient so it has been quite the learning process, but the renders and models it can produce are incredible.
I've always loved the renders on the Gen 1 pokemon cards and figured remaking them in Poweranimator would be good practice. This Ditto was my first serious attempt at nurbs modeling and animation. His face got a little distorted in the animation process, but I love how it turned out overall!

This past week, a lot has happened! I am getting tutoring for Game Maker code from my friend Will Bowerman, and this combined with tutorials by Friendly Cosmonaut and Shaun Spalding means we’re finally starting to have a game!
